Economic Fiqh EncyclopediaThe Academy considered the question of publishing a Fiqh Encyclopedia which would address the major issues in old as well as new social dealings and the rules governing them, in implementation of the provisions of the Academy's statute and in an anxious desire to ensure that the Fiqh may be recorded in a way which would facilitate the researcher's access to his needs from it. Lexicon of Fiqh terminologyThe Academy also examined the possibility of devising a general lexicon for Fiqh terminology, in which terms would be defined according to the various schools of thought, with reference to the names of Fiqh scholars, to the most popular Fiqh anthologies, and the codes of the various books as well as references. It was also found that different earlier works should be referred to in this exercise, including books and indexes which could be helpful in the preparation of this general lexicon. Amongst the major reference books for such an important undertaking, mention could be made of :
"The Integrals" of Abil Baqa.
"The Maghreb" of Mutarrazi
"The Teacher-Oversear" of Al-Muhib al-Akbari
"The scholars' Code of ethics" of Abdi Rab Ennabi.
"Az-Zaher" of Al-Azhari.
"Definitions" of Al-Jugani.
"The confines" of Al-Baji.
"A guide to the meanings of art idioms" of Al-Tahanwi.
